There are Angels here on Earth. Two are Shawn and Tim with Georgia Heating and Air!! Shawn went above beyond a service call. And Tim rode in like the Lone Ranger with a replacement motor. I now have AC!!! Shawn was here for several hours and was doing all he could to make sure I had air conditioning. Thank you both for being My Earth Angels tonight. You will forever be in my prayers and in my heart ❤. You can come visit the deer anytime 😊 🦌 I have been so impressed by every one I spoke with. I can tell this is a family owned business who loves their community. Thank you for everything! I will forever sing your praises 👏

I called with an emergency situation. My heating unit was down due to a bad blower wheel. My mother in law was in home hospice and in final transition. We needed to get the heat fixed asap. I explained the situation to them and they were able to get a technician out. I don't remember his name but he was very caring & professional. He called his supervisor Jeremy and he picked up the blower wheel in Monore and personally delivered it. They got the unit repaired and the heat was back on. Unfortunately Mom passed away later that night, but thanks to the extraordinary effort from Snellville HVAC team, her final hours were comfortable. Many thanks & we are forever grateful… read full review

They actually called me a day before scheduled, because they had an opening. During that call they told me what time they would be arriving, which they were here within that time. Very professional and informative about what they found, and was able to fix. They also told me how to prevent it from happening again. I have used Snellville heating and plumbing for many years and have always had outstanding work done.
