“The mini-split at my new house appears to be very poorly designed. When the thermostat is set at 76 for air-conditioning, the room feels like it’s 66! The service technician checked it over, and said there was nothing wrong with the unit. It’s just the way it is designed. It either has to be on, or off, and it will keep cranking out cold air, until there is condensation on the windows and the room is freezing. I wish someone had explained this to me, before I paid for an $89 service fee, only to be told that nothing was wrong. Casey did a fine job, but I am unhappy that I paid for nothing.”

“Dan is the man! Was referred to me by my girlfriend who has worked with him for years. We were having trouble with one of our units, and he came out same-day and fixed it in hours. The next time we used him was for a rattling sound we were hearing in one of our attic returns. We sent him a video ahead of the appointment, and rather than charging us a visit, he offered a couple solutions I could try myself and one of them worked. I offered to pay anyway, and he wouldn’t take it. We will only be using DPHA. Just a very good man and clearly a master of his craft. They don’t make’em like him anymore.”
