I began using Phelps Heating and Air when I live in Oxford. I had a system that was only about 2 years old and it had died. Phelps was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I had them put in a new unit and signed up for the service contract. I never had another problem with the HV/AC in that house. I sold that property but the Phelps team still contacted me for the spring maintenance. I let them know I no longer owned that home but I would use them when I purchase another. He is courteous, friendly, professional and, above all, extremely competent. Michael is the only technician we want to come to our home.
