I began using Phelps Heating and Air when I live in Oxford. I had a system that was only about 2 years old and it had died. Phelps was prompt, professional and fairly priced. I had them put in a new unit and signed up for the service contract. I never had another problem with the HV/AC in that house. I sold that property but the Phelps team still contacted me for the spring maintenance. I let them know I no longer owned that home but I would use them when I purchase another. We have employed Phelps Heating & Air the entire time we have lived in Monroe, Georgia (16 years!!!). Michael is the Phelps service technician we request for EVERY service. He is courteous, friendly, professional and, above all, extremely competent. Michael is the only technician we want to come to our home.
