“Phil with GeorgiaSpec passed away July 2025. Phil has been taking care of our HVAC for years and provided amazing service. He was direct, but fair and reasonable. I'm sure his directness may have rubbed some people the wrong way, but it tickled me. I'll take direct when you know you have a competent and caring technician taking care of you. If Phil told you he was going to be back in 6 months for maintenance he was always there - no confirmation or reaching out needed. If Phil had told me he would be back in ten years at 9:00am and I hadn't heard a peep from him in 9 years and 364 days, at 8:55am I'd be waiting with a cold bottle of water for him because that's how reliable he was. I had somewhat of an HVAC emergency one time when our unit stopped cooling during the summer heat. I called Phil, but it was late in the day and he was in the middle of a job. Instead of telling me he was busy and would get to me when he could, he stopped what he was doing and took the time to talk me through the fix over the phone. Got my A/C back up and running in less than an hour with no charge. He taught me how to take care of my HVAC unit during the years of service as well, which I'm very appreciative of. Great company, great owner. Sad to hear he passed away. Prayers for his family and loved ones.”

“A couple of years ago when we had issues with our AC unit, the Trammell team quickly came out and solved the problem. When our upstairs unit was having a hard time keeping things cool in the summer in our 30 year old house, they recommended sealing the ducts. Since then, upstairs has been a solid 3 degrees cooler with better air quality. Today, one unit went out and within 45 minutes from the time we called, they came out, fixed the issue, and our house was cooling. We didn’t even have time to get hot! They are pleasant, clean, and reliable. Highly recommend.”
