“I called Tuxedo Mechanical & Plumbing at 9:30 am, and they were at my house by 1:00pm. I got a quote for a new water heater from one of the big name plumbers that was $8,200, and Tuxedo came in at half of that because they really assessed the situation and came up with a better way to mount and vent it. Huge thumbs up to them!“

“I was referred to them by a friend of mine that they had done some recent AC work for. Mike and his team were able to come take a look my AC unit and work on it within a few days. Turns out the AC unit needed to be replaced and he was upfront with me about my options and cost and was ultimately able to work on replacing the whole unit the following weekend (on a Saturday at that!). I had a couple of questions and minor issues after the install and Mike and his team (Kurt-- thanks again!) followed up immediately and came back out and took care of it.
