“I recently had PV come and jet out my kitchen pipes because water wasn't draining. They came out the next day and did their job. They got the drain working again. They jetted about 100' and blew out some grease rocks. A few days later, it was clogged again. They came out to re-evaluate and suggested that I get my septic tank emptied out. If that didn't work, they'd come back out. The septic tank did need cleaning, but that wasn't the problem, it was still clogged. Devin came by next, and sat down with me to get a full history of my kitchen and pipes. We went downstairs and he went in the crawl space to check it out. He determined that I needed to get the old ABS pipes replaced. The hole that the jet blew out was about the size of your pinky nail. The pipes were totally full of grease and debris. Between the jetting, the septic cleaning, and the new pipes, I've invested roughly $4,200 in pipes. The only thing that I'm not happy about was having to pay for the jetting and the replacement pipes with no discount for the
jetting from the first job. Devin definitely went above and beyond by sitting with me and getting a full history to get to the root of the problem. I'd recommend them and will definitely use them again.“
