I called them because I thought a drain line to my HVAC unit was running.
Kyle politely let me know it was actually from my water heater (I’m an idiot)
He then showed me how to clean my HVAC unit coils and explained a bunch of other things as well without charging me a single dollar.
A lot of private equity is getting into HVAC and most companies just sell, sell, sell and it’s nice to have Kyle that knows what he’s doing and has honesty.
