“I had a major spike in my water bill which lead me to believe there might be a leak. After being unable to identify the leak myself, I contacted Plumbers guild for help. Corey with the Plumbers guild came the next day and did an effective assessment of my water meter and cut off valves. He was quick to analyze the situation and we confirmed that I actually didn't have a leak at all, and might have just accidentally run a water appliance while out of town for an extended period. It was a relief to learn and I'll be contacting him again should any other issue arise in the future!“

“I made an appointment at 5pm and had a team out by 8am the following day. The gentlemen that serviced my system were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer any of my questions and explain what they were doing and why. I ended up with a riser for my unit that allows me to check if service is needed with just a few screws and allows the technicians to drain my septic system next time without digging up the yard. My system might have a failing drain field. Delta offered a service called hydro jet that cleans out the field to give it a chance to correct on its own. The difference in price between the hydro jet and the drain field replacement is massive. With the replacement starting at $12k. Hopefully the hydro jet will be effective for my issues. They also had 12 months same as cash financing as well as longer term options.“

“Water bill was ridiculously high. Called the water company to discuss it. They recommended a leak detection company. As it was, the gentleman located a leak under the slab in our family room. Not what I wanted to hear. I’ve used Ridgeway Mechanical in the past for other projects. So.Called Ridgeway Mechanical again to see if Salvador could come out and give an estimate. Made an appointment. Salvador showed up at the exact time, confirmed the problem and gave an estimate. We called back to set up the repair. Ridgeway, sets up the repair for a Saturday @ 8:00. Salvador shows up at 7:59am on the dot, does the work and heads off to do the next job. 2 hours later…. Done. Clean job. This guy knows his stuff. Ridgeway is blessed to have him and I’m blessed to know Ridgeway.“

“I called Tuxedo Mechanical & Plumbing at 9:30 am, and they were at my house by 1:00pm. I got a quote for a new water heater from one of the big name plumbers that was $8,200, and Tuxedo came in at half of that because they really assessed the situation and came up with a better way to mount and vent it. Huge thumbs up to them!“

“Galgon is the best HVAC in town. They have done extensive work for us including repairs and replacements in a historic commercial building and they are truly the best around.“

“We had an incredibly difficult plumbing situation in which 4-5 plumbers came and went without being to identify the issue. #6 discovered the start of the issue and proposed a preliminary estimate of $35k plus the promise of damaging a new patio, irrigation lines, water lines, planting, etc - all which they noted could not be fixed by them. Let's call the likely total of what they were proposing $45k with those repairs plus months coordinating other disciplines to fix the damage done. I was recommended Ayers from a neighborhood buddy, and they came out and knocked it out in two days for under $5k. They were the only plumbers that actually listened to what I was telling them and were thoughtful and methodical in their approach. I won't use another plumber again. No damage to the yard, just got to work and really looked to be problem solvers versus budget busters.“

“Randy was suggested to us by our tile contractor Cain Curtis after he discovered electrical issues in our kitchen while prepping for the tile work. We were out of town but Randy was able to come over that day (on a Saturday) and diagnose the issue. He was able to explain what was going on over the phone that day but wasn't able to complete the work until the following week. We were scheduled for a 9:30a time slot the next week. He was working another job that morning and texted to let us know he was running behind BEFORE 9:30! Thank you Randy! When he arrived he was courteous and professional and explained everything again.
