From the beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect.<br><br>Approximately a year ago, I had a new AC unit installed by another technician, which came with a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, one year after installation, the system began to freeze. I contacted the original installer under the terms of the workmanship warranty. He initially responded by turning the system off to allow it to defrost—but never returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ignored all my messages. To make matters worse, he left water leaking into my kitchen from the AC unit.<br><br>Frustrated and in need of help, I turned to my neighborhood app and found MJG Heating & Air. When I spoke with the technician, he was incredibly humble and promised to stop by later that day after finishing an installation job. True to his word, he came that same evening and worked diligently to get my AC system running again.<br><br>His professionalism and calm demeanor throughout the process, even when faced with challenges such as issues with my home’s temperature regulator, truly stood out. He treated my family and me with the utmost respect and care—like we were his own family.<br><br>I am beyond grateful to have found MJG Heating & Air during our time of need. My warranty company sent me out a company called GFW HVAC and they took my money sent a bogies diagnosis to my warranty company which none of the things they said were wrong with my system. “I have been with them for more than 10 years. Got a/c installed by them on few of my properties. I subscribe to their Comfort as a Service plan.<br>I was happy with them till now.<br>Now my a/c is not working. We have old people and soon an infant will be home.<br><br>I have called them 2 days in a row to fix this issue so tge infant does not suffer. Every time I call they just take a message and dont call.<br><br>I pay for tge comfort as service plan but the service is poor.<br>I hope they understand tge situation and act quickly.<br><br>I should probably look elsewhere.<br>Update<br>Surprisingly the tech came today and fixed the A/C issue.<br>This is the first time I had to call them for a couple of days to get their attention, because usually they are very prompt.<br>Thanks Reliable!”

“This company has expert technicians who can troubleshoot Hvac systems. I call Gavin and Miguel the AC Doctors. This team is exceptionally knowledgeable about resolving your Hvac System issues. Gavin and Miguel work on every part of the Hvac System by checking different aspects as they work on it. They know how to take it all apart and put it back together which is impressive to observe. The Hvac Doctors do not stop until they find the source of the issue. In the end, the air conditioner was cooling at the correct temperature. They are also provide service with a smile which is always a plus. These guys work after hours if there is an emergency. Gavin and Miguel don't stop unless the job is done.”
