From the beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, integrity, and respect.<br><br>Approximately a year ago, I had a new AC unit installed by another technician, which came with a two-year workmanship warranty and a ten-year replacement warranty. Unfortunately, one year after installation, the system began to freeze. I contacted the original installer under the terms of the workmanship warranty. He initially responded by turning the system off to allow it to defrost—but never returned. Despite multiple follow-ups, he ignored all my messages.
