I called Tuxedo Mechanical & Plumbing at 9:30 am, and they were at my house by 1:00pm. I got a quote for a new water heater from one of the big name plumbers that was $8,200, and Tuxedo came in at half of that because they really assessed the situation and came up with a better way to mount and vent it.
