We have been using this company(19 years) for a long time for our heating/cooling systems. Mike, our technician, is awesome. Great communication, respectful of our time, and very professional. It is hard to find a trustworthy company in big cities where monopolies have taken over the industry. I recommend Peppers to anyone looking for a new HVAC- they are a family run business with competitive pricing and AMAZING service.Thomas is the service manager and was my tech for my recent tune-up; extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and for once you feel like your getting your money’s worth.
