**Two reviews for separate services. They happened on the same day so perhaps that's why I can't do them separately.
1). Got an HVAC inspection. Peter and Austen (the actual technician) were both terrific. Polite, affable and thorough. Patiently answered questions that I had.
Had some nice conversation with Peter while Austen was working! Lol. I would ask for them both again in the future.
*To explain--Peter was there to oversee and assist in translating if Austen got too technical with terms. They were both great!
2). Got a Plumbing Inspection also at a separate time. My actual technician was Wes (Matt must be his boss, lol 😉).

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!! I was very pleased with my technician, Mr. Trea Saunders! He was caring, knowledgeable, helpful and professional!!! Great people and customer service is very hard to come by these days and I really appreciate Cunningham AC & Plumbing for their excellent service!!!🥰
Lesmin was my technician and he was great. He explained the issue with me with pics and he explained the program they have to save me money. He was very kind and continued the job until he was done.
