I had four companies conduct tests on my unit to determine why it wasn't blowing cold air. Indoor Experts was the third. The tech was the most thorough in investigating and explaining the issues and options. He showed exemplary patience when the systems in our home were mislabeled. I don’t normally do reviews, but Anderson with Indoor Experts Heating & Air provided one of the best service experiences I have ever had. He came out to provide a quote for HVAC system replacement after previous companies told me the system with irreparable. After hearing what was happening, he took the time to do a quick system evaluation and determined that the system was not working due to an electrical wiring system and had nothing to do with the unit itself. Instead of selling me an $8k dollar unit he was able to make a quick repair for a $99 diagnostic fee. Incredibly knowledgeable and honest. What a great experience.
