“The Cool Air team diagnosed my ac problem, thoroughly explained the situation and gave me several options to resolve the issue. Ultimately, my 14 yr old system froze up due to a failed compressor. The unit was beyond repair, or at least not worth the cost of repair on a 14 yr old unit. The team outlined several options and price points. Being a Costco member even provided a rebate.
