“Our old unit was a quarter century old. Varsity came out and immediately gave us an estimate and vowed to get our AC back on the very next day. The job turned out to be much more extensive then originally anticipated with some extensive digging required in order to fit the unit into our crawl space. In spite of the significan issues with excavating and seriously corroded vent and tubing the air was back on the next day as promised. The crew was extremely thorough and came back the next day and the day after to complete the work and assure no further issues would interrupt our AC in the foreseeable future. I highly recommend Varsity to anyone who values straight forward ethical estimates and installation. In spite of the unforeseen complication we were not charged one penny over the original estimate.
