Incredible staff! I recently got IBE extensions for the first time in my life and I couldn't be happier. Lorraine did my install and Nicole helped with selecting the color and length. They are both so sweet, patient, professional, and masters of their craft. Lorraine really took her time to ensure everything was perfect and comfortable for me. They provided specific care instructions to ensure my extensions last. I've received so many compliments and no one can tell they're extensions unless I tell them. Needless to say, I'll be a long term client.

Living in Florida for 8 years coming from NY it was difficult to say the least to find a great stylist in Florida. All that changed when I went to Scotch Bonnet and Georgia booked me with Paige. I’m a guy that’s meticulous about his hair and was wearing it long so I went for a radical change with a short style cut. I explained to Paige what I wanted, she listened to me and delivered probably the Best haircut I’ve ever had! I’ll be going back to Paige.
I was looking for someone who braids cornrows into updos, searched online and found Natural Hair Serenity. She has braided my hair into cornrows twice and both times she was wonderful. She braids expertly and efficiently and does not pull or make the braids too tight while doing it. I was confident in her skill set, so I asked for micro braids and she did not disappoint. Her braids are flawless. She is professional. Her establishment looks sunny and bright, well-maintained, clean, and motivational. I would highly recommend her.

This barbershop is a vibe. Shoes, colognes, billiards on display, it made it feel like home. There was also a dog chillin and greeting customers.
Michael cut my hair and you can tell how knowledgeable and skilled he is. I have very straight hair which for most barbers can be a challenge but he made it look like a piece of cake. The service is 10/10 and I will recommend this barbershop to all my friends. After the cut, my girlfriend told me I look handsome af. I’ll take it.

Ana and her staff are amazing. I have gone through many salons that claim they do great work, but they never took care of my nails the way Ana did. For so long I’ve been trying to grow my nails out and Ana was the only one giving me the shot. She always gave the best advice and within 2 months I am able to use my own nails instead of tips.
Also let’s not forget ! She has an eye for creativity. She loves to experiment with different styles and designs (of course to your comfort) and the work never disappoints. I promise you will leave out of her chair already wanting to see what she or her girls have in store for the next visit :).

G has for the first time in my life made my hair be the biggest difference for me in the way that I look. In my mid-50s, I never expected to have to rely on a hairstylist for color and even blow drying. When I have something important to go to, G is now a required part of my getting ready. Such an outstanding professional as G has helped me. He also has improved the health of my hair and everyone, even other stylists (which I have to use with a lot of travel) comment on the color. My only hesitation in singing his phrases is that he might get too busy to be able to fit me in. Keep some spots for me G! The salon also is absolutely lovely with best in class products and lovely coffee and treats, one time bought fresh mangoes for his clients. In every way, I highly recommend this experience.

I had my first ever facial with Bridget and it was AWESOME! The environment was clean, crisp and so comfortable. She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. When I told her it was my first ever facial, she immediately started to walk me through every step of the process. She even stayed back with me afterward to do an audit of my skincare products. This morning (the day after the facial) I woke up and my skin looks amazing. So not only was the experience great, but so were the results. He fixed some of my old tattoos and made them look 100x better. He made a portrait of Mother and it looks so realistic. Now im currently working on my entire back. I dont plan on changing spots ever. Hands down the best investment a Floridian can make! I was already thrilled with the professionalism and ease of doing business I experienced with APS, but I'm even happier now after my little test run during Hurricane Milton. Thankfully my home only lost power for about 2 hours, but the generator did it's job seamlessly. The power went out at 2am, the generator kicked on, and the rest of the family never even knew the difference until I told them later on. As a mother, storms can be scary enough without having to worry about having food and electricity available to feed my children during an outage. The peace of mind I now have makes this generator worth its weight in gold!

I have a Very old GE Stove and parts are a bit challenging to source. The original manufacturer's parts are a little different from the factory installed part. Replacing the part and being sure it's programmed and installed correctly is a bit nerve racking. Well, Bill to the rescue. He confidently stated that he could get the part and assured me that since I'm a DIY'er he would be happy to provide some guidance over the phone, when the part was delivered. He was a man of his word. He talked me through the installation and got me up and running. Kudos to Bill and Appliance King.

Wow, what can I say! This company, owner and technician that came to my home to clean my sofas (2 cream colored) were just amazing! The first day the couches did not look like I expected after the cleaning and the technician explained he would speak to his boss. The very next day both the owner of the company and that same technician came back to my house to try a few more things however did not make much a difference. This is not due to the tech or the products but the couch material itself! These are Arhaus couches and the material just does not respond well to cleaning I guess, I'm just sorry they both did so much work and the results were not great! However the company is great and will definitely use them in the future for my other pieces!!

An amazing place to get rugs cleaned! After meeting the manager, Melida, as well as the owner, I was very confident that they knew the best way to wash and repair my rug. The first thing I noticed is that the shop is very clean, which is key for a cleaning biz. :-) I was impressed with the various high-end rugs I saw in the shop that they were entrusted with. They do a lot of work with the interior design industry and have a lot of Palm Beach clientele. But you would never know unless you ask, because Melida is extremely down to earth and kind. My rug looks wonderful!
UPDATE: I had another great experience! I had them join two runners together to make one 22' runner. They did an incredible job hand-sewing them together -- the resulting runner lays flat and is very sturdy. you can't see the stitches at all, so no one would know it used to be two rugs unless i told them. :-)

European Flooring of Palm Beach is the most professional business I have ever encountered. The gallery is breathtaking, their service is second to none and their products are far superior to any other hardwood flooring I have encountered. One of my clients had their entire home installed with a 12" wide smoked hardwood floor. They had an icemaker leak that flooded the ground floor for over 3 weeks. The floor was still saturated for another 5 weeks while it was drying and none of the flooring had to be replaced!!! I didn't know there were hardwood floors that existed like this. These wood floors are beyond exceptional and the installers that did this job were true artisans. I rarely refer businesses however, this is the only one I will refer. White glove service throughout the entire process and my client was floored (literally and figuratively). They kept raving about their new flooring and they are bragging about it to everyone who walks into their home.

The Rockwood installation team did a fantastic job installing new carpet on our stairs and the entire upstairs. Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with.
His attention to detail and kindness go far beyond pest control. Before spraying, he picks up toys and personal items to keep them safe. He once found loose change in our yard, picked it up, and sent me a picture showing where he placed it. He even fixed our leaky hose without us asking!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to share how great Smith Environmental Solutions. From the first phone call, Michael was patient and genuinely listened to my concerns. We had a sudden issue with spider and an ant problem on the outside, inside of home as well as our garage. Michael who came out quickly was incredibly respectful not only of our home, but of our time. He explained everything clearly, walked me through the process, and made sure I agreed with the treatment plan. You could tell he really cared about helping people, not just getting the job done.

I hired Island Environmental to service the entire house when I moved in to avoid any further issues with ants, spiders, roaches and lizards. I didn't pick up one limb. They got it all done and cleaned up in about 2 hours. That was a big thorny Kapok that had to come down before it blew over in storm and wrecked part of the house. The entire team at Palm Beach has been incredible and completely transformed our yard. We had a large project that included backfill, turf, irrigation, pavers, new driveway, garden landscaping and sod. Adam, Matt and Jon helped us to design our dream backyard and completely transform the front of our home. They went above and beyond at every step. The project took several months longer than expected due to permitting issues with other projects and Palm Beach was very accommodating with scheduling and working with our other contractors. The crews working on our property were hard working and incredibly friendly. Henry is extremely knowledgeable and made a special trip after hours in the pouring rain to help us with an issue. I had my first visit on October 30th and was immediately impressed by how welcoming and friendly the staff was. Dr. Etemad explained everything clearly; what I needed (a crown, some fillings, and polishing for a few teeth I wasn’t happy with) and how we’d approach it. Originally planned as multiple visits, we ended up doing everything in one session on November 7th. Three hours, start to finish, and the results were excellent.
I’m pretty particular, but Dr. Etemad was patient, kind, and understanding throughout. Emily, Eyal, Melissa and Cristina were all amazing, professional, warm, and clearly a great team. The office is clean, modern, and even has TVs in the rooms so you can watch a movie while they work. I felt cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I logged into my Google maps on a browser just to make this review. I forgot to do one until now but doesn’t take away from my experience. I went in a couple weeks ago to get a DOT physical done. This was one of THE best visits I’ve ever had, only other time was a dentist in PSL. ‘Welcoming to all’ kind of environment, very respectful doctor, and a reasonably priced physical. I never want to go anywhere else for physicals and I can bet he’s wonderful at his job in Chiropractics etc. I wish I could put in more than 5 star. Dr.Finley is wonderful and I promise you will have a very positive visit!

We absolutely love this vet. They totally know us and our 4 animals they take care of. They have been one of the most flexible and communicative vets I have ever worked with. Since we live so far away, I have been able to send pics of animal concerns to get an idea if I need to keep an eye on something or bring them in to be seen. This is huge, and I have never ever had any vet do this for me.
My 11 yr old Shepherd Mix " Shadow" was seen today by Dr.DeRooy, and although my dog seemed nervous he was very well behaved. He had an exam, bldwrk, urinalysis, and it was determined Shadow had a UTI which we were given antibiotics for and I was so relieved it wasn't anything worse. This place is EPIC! Starting from the front desk staff, I'm sorry I didn't remember the names to the young lady who brought him back.. they were very welcoming. Dr. DeRooy was very informative and I think we found our new Vet! Recommend to anyone -well worth the visit! Thank you!!
I can’t express my gratitude for how Alfonso, the vet, and his father cared for my sick cat. I got the appointment for the next day. They checked everything during the visit and made me and my pet feel comfortable. I got all the time I needed to ask questions, and they even called me on a Sunday to give me the bloodwork results. They were highly professional, loving, and caring with my old cat.

Our little cat, Charlie, was terribly uncomfortable due to juvenile gingivitis/stomatitis. Our vet referred us to someone else who we saw but we’re not comfortable with. I found Florida Animal Dentistry online and gave them a call- what a difference! Dr. Wiegand and his wife, Susie, do an amazing job caring for these animals. He is a board certified animal dentist (unlike the individual we had been referred to initially) and he really spends time explaining everything so you know what to expect. Additionally, the cost for this surgery is high however Dr Wiegand charged us HALF of what the other vet was going to charge us. They completed the surgery on a Friday and then kept Charlie for a number of days, keeping us informed on his progress. The whole process was so well planned and thought out. Susie was incredibly helpful with the transition to home which can be difficult. Charlie is now home- happy and comfortable and we feel so much better to know that he is not suffering in pain! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!!

I cannot thank dr oberto enough as she diagnosed my dog with a spleen tumor that came out know where. Unfortunately it happen so quick my dog Harley a westie had to be put down after 11 years. Her staff and the dr was very companionate and so heartwarming. Thanks dr and staff for that.
The fur kid was well taken care of for his import paperwork! So after leaving, his shot made him sick! We stopped at a restaurant and I got sick! Like the big food hound he is, he ate the leftovers off the counter in the galley!
So we were both sick for several days!
His paperwork needed to be ammendment for import. They took very good care of use and got the dates for departure, correct!

Many years ago I had a Maltizu who I would take to VIP and when we recently got our new boy, Remy I knew he had to go to VIP as well. I love sculpt shop! I recently moved to West Palm Beach and struggled to find a new Pilates spot until I came across Sculpt Shop. The small class sizes are amazing and it is such a tough but rewarding class. All of the instructors give personalized corrections and attention and I always leave so much stronger. Kicks my booty in the best way possible!
What a discovery! I started Pilates about a year ago and it changed my health and improved my life; namely my strength, posture, and stamina. The instructors are caring, kind, and knowledgeable. Savannah is delightfully spirited and always provides modifications. Lisa is wonderful and has a sweet disposition; she thoroughly explains the movements in tandem with the breathing. I took a few private lessons with Jazmine and Fabi; they helped me understand the Joseph Pilates trinity of body, mind, and spirit; however be prepared to be challenged by them. In fact, I have learned that a lot of Pilates is about the challenge and discipline.I imagine this is why the great Balanchine partnered with Pilates back in the day. As far as scheduling is concerned, I always get the classes I want because I sign up well ahead of time. In the second week of the month, I sign up for the following month. Katie and Lauren in the front desk are delightful and always willing to help with scheduling and other issues. This studio exemplifies the Pilates quote: “Every moment of our life can be the beginning of great things”. A positive discovery indeed!

I went to them after sustaining a shoulder injury and i'm convinced Carl sped up my recovery time. They are the only two people we will be seeing for our massages for the foreseeable future. Absolutely loved it. I have been trying to find a massage therapist that really does deep tissue for years and she has the perfect amount of pressure on her fingertips. This spa is A+! I’ve been for a few 90 min massages and just had my first 60 min with Nina. The massage was perfect and Nina was amazing with my aches and pains. I feel fabulous. I would give ten stars if I could. The spa is relaxing and clean and the staff are all wonderful!

Best place I’ve ever been too. As a man yes I left very “happy” & she even gave me a shower ? I was not expecting her to wash me clean but it was surprising and very relaxing. She doesn’t just make you happy fast, she takes her time and gives a GREAT MASSAGE TOO. Definitely worth the time & money. Tipped her $50. I’ll definitely be back next time Im on vacation in Florida.
The deepest deep tissue massage you can get. Chinese walking massage. She actually walks on you! If you want deep, deep she gets! Try it out! Worth it!!!
My husband and I got a couples massage for an hour and a half. They did an excellent job and it was very affordable. $90 for an hour and a half. Highly recommend.
I couldn’t lift my leg. After 3 different Doctors, I came to Dr Shao and after 1 visit I could lift my leg up 6 inches, the 2nd visit almost back to normal! I was so surprised with the amazing results and so quickly!

I contacted Metro Traffic school in West Palm Beach for my teen son driving classes. They immediately connected us with Courtney and we hit gold. Courtney picked him up at home and once the lesson was done she immediately texted us with what my son had to practice for next session. After 2 sessions and a practice before the test, my son got his driver's license.
We decided to do the test at the metro school instead of DMV since they had more appointment openings. Everybody at the West Palm Beach office is super sweet and helpful and the test went by pretty quick. I definitely recommend Metro Traffic School for driving lessons and test.
