I was locked out of my house for about 4 hours this day. So I called this company and some lady who sounded outsourced said a technician will call me in 10 minutes, 20 mins go by I get a call he said he will be here in 20 mins 35 mins later he’s at my door, says hey since it’s late I’ll have to charge you $120 if I can get in, he couldn’t get in he said he can hammer the lock down then pick it (deadbolt) he did that and still couldn’t get in, he said he could drill it, at this point I knew this guy was useless and said no I’m good I’ll do it my self. My companion locked herself out of the house today in Grandview Heights,West Palm Beach, 6-18-20, and called me for a solution as I am traveling. I checked with my neighbors for names of local Locksmiths. I received two, Get-Locksmith and Wilson-Rowland, both located right next to the neighborhood. I text her the information. Several minutes later she said she called Wilson but had not heard back. So I made a call to Shay and Pavel at Get-Locksmith.com.
