Everyone needs someone to reach out to during stressful times in there lives . We all experience stress from illness, death, Coronavirus, changes in live style etc. This effects people differently. It is hard to find that "one" person that you feel comfortable with to "open up to" but I have found that person in Megan. I have been seeing her for over two years and she listens, and helps me out when things are the darkest . I can honestly say she has guided me through many rough times and she will help you to. Don't be ashamed to admit you need therapy. Life is hard sometimes but Megan will be there for you.
