Cannot say enough about Frank's! Excellent customer service and just an all around great business to deal with when you are looking for a new system or maintenance on an existing. Family owned and operated. Give them a shot, you will not be disappointed.

It would appear they make sure they charge enough to put their kids or grand kids through college. It's amazing how the estimate, while high, is exactly what they charged to the penny. Sounds reasonable? Maybe not. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranty. Yes, coolant is ridiculously expensive, due to recovery & EPA requirements, at $200. So maybe that is fair. However, for a company that charges $100-125/hr, and Frank's son only worked 2-2.5 hrs, I'm still scratching my head how they managed to charge $450 for labor. They claim it is justified because...they had to come out and give an estimate? Maybe you'd do better to use someone else. I know I'll never use...read full review
