Highly recommend Carpenter Heating and Cooling. Greg did the AC maintenance for us and was very knowledgeable and professional. He corrected some vent issues we had and did the very much needed drain clean out and checked out our entire system. A noticeable cooling difference within 10 minutes of the adjustments. So happy I found Carpenter AC!!
After our contacting the original Installer and another major A/C business after we experienced our A/C shutting down and requested service we were told it would be a day or so before they would be able to help us (in 95 degree heat). Our son happened to be at a dinner with a fellow business exec, Stuart Clark who became aware of our dilemma told our son to call CARPENTER COOLING. When we did call them we were meet with a most pleasant lady who immediately arranged for a Tech to make a service call. When Tyler arrived he immediately was able to diagnose our problem which he promptly fixed. With all this said we will be happy customers of CARPENTER COOLING.
