The gentleman was ahead of schedule which was great, he was polite, knowledgeable, efficient and had a fun sense of humor! Nice doing business with this company! The repair cost was very reasonable!
2026 Update - Carpenter Cooling is still the best company around, IMHO. They are on time, professional, and do not oversell. We have used Carpenter Cooling since moving into our house six years ago. They are not only professional, but personable as well. Everyone there takes the time to answer any questions. Their work is through, and they are neat and tidy. We still can Highly Recommend! I also love the fact that we are supporting a local business.
Carpenter Cooling is the best! I don't trust anyone but them to handle my AC. Even after both hurricanes they were hustling to help me get back up and running and were conscious of my budget the entire process.
