Our HVAC broke down on a Saturday night, I called Polar Bear Sunday morning and Nick from Polar Bear was at our home by noon. Since the unit was 11 years old, I told Nick that I would like him to price a new system. He gave me a proposal and said that Polar could install on the following Wednesday. Since the Emergency Heat was completely burned out, he suggested a short term HVAC fix to give us heat until the new unit could be installed. That Wednesday, Thomas and Oleg from Polar installed the a new AMANA unit We were completely satisfied.Services: A/C system repair

We recently had our Air ducts replaced. The crew was efficient and very respectful of my home. They covered my wood floors so they would not walk on them and even swept when they were done!
