The technician was able to come out the same day I called to request service for my AC unit. He was able to diagnose the problem and clear the totally blocked drain line which was the cause of the problem. He had my system up and running very quickly, and clearly explained everything throughout the entire process.

Lee is the true professional! I can no longer get in my attic, so while he was up there, he was nice enough to hand down quite a few items from up there above and beyond a normal air conditioning repair person!
