“replaced the entire package unit. owner came by the very day we called for an estimate. we got three in the area - chose Franks because he anticipated questions, was well known in my neighborhood and matched what research i had already done. he listened. was flexible. his guys arrived prepped with what id asked. one of the other two quotes was $2000 more; the other was marginally lower than franks. the install was courteous, professional and clean. they also did the stuff that i don’t believe their competitors fuss over-tucking wires away, flashing to plug every gap available to rodents, checked duct work, etc. cleaned up nice and tidy. i guess i really liked how they all explained as they went along, brought me into the process when necessary - explained ‘why’ they were doing what they were doing without prompting. good experience all the way around for a critical household system install.“

Within 2-days I had both my units diagnosed, literally rebuilt, and working better than they have in the 7+years I have lived here. Price is price. You get what you pay for here in Florida and I do not mind paying for top care, accurate knowledge and service when you get results like this. I live in a near 4000 sq foot home with 2 units. Both these units NEVER worked this good. We were so fed up we were gonna replace both units. PatrickAir came in, took some time to find out what the trouble was on both units and said we are not selling you 2 units because you don't need to do that. 2-days later they came back and both units were working better than they ever have in about 30-minutes.
