Harry was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Because of him, I purchased 2 future air conditioning check ups. He had no problem with me walking around with him and seeing everything so I could understand the system more inside and out. The only thing I forgot to do was talk to him about the wall control in the living area that I use everyday and now that he's gone I have questions and I was wondering if he could please call me so I can ask him about whether I need to upgrade it so I can control the humidity. The technician who replaced my compressor was friendly, efficient, and earned 5 stars for his excellent work. My only complaint was waiting 8 days in 90-degree heat for the replacement part. Since I have never needed a major AC repair before, I am unsure if an 8-day wait is standard, or if Lennox parts are simply hard to find or Lennox system are just unreliable.
