We had an emergency when the a/c went out Friday, June 5th. We called your service number and a tech was sent out at 5:00 p.m. the same day. 30 minutes later we were up and running. Our AC went out and I called first thing in the morning, by 1:30 a repair man was at the house and had the AC working within 15 minutes! Was very helpful and explained everything to us and because we were part of their maintenance plan he cleaned our lines too! He did above and beyond what we called for! Very Nice!
