DeSantis sent Kelly to review the situation almost immediately after we called. Once diagnosed and a new part was ordered, we got the repair completed in just a few days. Very professional, courteous service. Would recommend them highly!!

Just had my stove repaired by Kelly. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and friendly!! He was very thorough at checking all parts of my stove. He showed me what to clean to keep my stove working properly, and also explained why parts were not working and had the proper replacement in his truck!!! A truly great experience. Thanks for sending a true professional!! Will definitely use this company again and recommend to my friends!!!Second post... Great job on my AC this time!! This company does it all!! Our air conditioning turned off, so we called DeSantis for a service call. Scott was at our house within the hour and had us completely fixed, up and running in less than another hour. He did a very thorough and very excellent job. we will ask for Scott again.Services: HVAC system repair
