We moved to the area about 2 years ago and have had M & S out for service several times. They always respond quickly and all of their technicians are very professional and efficient. We are very pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone wanting top notch service.
initial contact with Jim..very knowledgeable on the product, sale, setting up installation. Team for Installation excellent. I recontacted Jim on using the product optimally, he provided a phone # for product support. John T came out to help withe the settings, minor adjustment on the airflow. He was excellent on use, adjusting the settings. product is excellent. very happy with the selection.
Honest and professional. No hype or attempt to up sell you. Technician, Rei is amazing. They maintain the AC units at our primary home, our Lake Harris place and our daughter's home.
