I had a maintenance agreement with this firm for two years. After the first visit in 2022, on the next three visits the technicians tried to upsell me on questionable or unneeded work. I bit twice. Then I realized they use an inflated "flat rate" pricing structure. The concept is good if applied fairly, but their pricing structure is bogus. The last charge was $167 for a $15 drain switch and about 12 minutes of labor. They might have nice looking trucks, but customers beware! Show less
Whatever you do; DO NOT use this company they came out and did a simple maint. check and I watched the service tech. use my hose to clean out drain which in turn flooded my air handler in my garage and took out the drain pan. I had no choice but to replace the whole unit; with another company of course! This was one of 4 call backs and problems with this company! Anyone want to form a picket line; I am all for it!
