We live in central Florida. When our AC went out 2 days ago, we called Munn's because they had put the unit in 7 years ago.
They called back in about a half hour and scheduled the mechanic about one hour later. He arrived on time. Unfortunately he didn't have the part. Approximate cost $5k. He offered and we gladly accepted a room ac so we could sleep that night.
We called immediately the next day. The person answering the phone had already arranged to take an old part out of another unit so we could have AC the entire 5 - 10 days it was expect it would take the new part. The mechanic arrived on schedule and he had our AC up and running before noon.
I don't like to post much on social media, but this Munn's timely and proactive service was so outstanding that I felt I must let you know.
Losing AC in Florida in the summer is a nightmare. Munn's took great great care of us.
Nick was excellent. He was knowledgeable and efficient and unfortunately had to work in the rain. He identified a failing capacitor and replaced it. I’m a long time Munn’s client.
Munn's is the best service company I have ever encountered in my lifetime. I have had multiple A/C issues in my 11 years here and no matter what day or what time I call them, they are at my house fixing the problem well within 2 hours. Unfortunately I need a new system and the salesman was at my house within an hour of the serviceman. I purchased a whole new unit with a 10 yr parts and labor warranty. They also provided me with a loaner A/C unit until they are able to replace the unit in 5 days which includes a 3 day holiday weekend.
