Chris did a great job. He actually called and asked if he could come early— which was perfect! He quickly assessed the problem….checked the HVAC with his electronics and pinpointed what needed to be replaced. He had the part we needed on his truck and within 45-60 minutes the unit was fixed. Chris then went about checking the entire unit, cleaned the lines and documented all aspects of the service call. The Munn’s office staff researched the warranty information while Chris was working on the unit and then Chris and I did the final paperwork on his tablet. Wonderful experience— a great company with great employees. Could not be happier!
Today I had the yearly check done on my main unit and split unit by Munn’s.Darrin Cullison, was the most thorough and knowledgeable tech that I’ve had service my units in these past 10 years.Darrin, it was a pleasure meeting you today AND thank you for your excellent service.
Joel came to do semi-annual servicing on the heating and cooling system. He was great! He was on time, efficient and thorough in his cleaning and checking of the heating system. Only issue with Munn, Inc. is that they are so good they are in high demand and you need to book the service department's semi-annual maintenance appointments several months in advance,
