Very professional and easy to communicate with. The only reason why I didn’t give 5 stars is because they didn’t check the air ducts at the time of estimate quoting appointment. This should have been done in one appointment to make sure all estimate quotes are presented rather than being caught with surprise at the time of installation with additional charges. The tech guy couldn’t check the ducts in the attic and had to send someone else. They wanted to reschedule the appointment and I had to say no, because it was inconvenient to rearrange my schedule. They should always check the ducts at the same time checking the HVAC units.
Both technicians were very professional and nice. When I asked questions they told me what they were doing. Damian and his helper were very friendly. Definitely will recommend M&S for air duct cleaning.
Matt, the tech from M&S A/C service was here and provided a maintenance check & service on our system. Matt does a great job explaining what he has found and if it needs service.
