HVAC stopped working last night, called a couple of places early this morning, left messages but no replies. I then called Chuck Farrell AC and a very polite lady replied, I asked her if they could come today to check my HVAC and the answer was "yes ... just wait for tech to call you back". Mike (tech) called me to confirm I was home, came in and in less than 20 mins found and fixed the problem. Fast service, incredibly affordable and didn't try to sell me anything else like other companies have done in the past. We made our 2nd move in TV, had suffered with our AC not cooling in late afternoons, one unit cooled, but the other unit was not cooling as well, had another AC company out when we first moved a couple of months ago, they replaced the capacitor, unit still was not cooling and we thought it was just the Florida heat and the Unit was older and probably needed replacing. We saw good reviews for Chuck Farrell AC on TOTV, so we gave them a call. They came out that same day, said the lines were clogged, unclogged both units, and we are enjoying a cool house! AC quit working this morning. We called this AWESOME company and we were back on line by early afternoon! The technician was super courteous and found the problem quickly! The pricing very reasonable!
