We had our ductwork done by FL-Air and had a great experience from the beginning to the end. Coral and Steve at the office were very helpful and communicative. They answered all our questions and responded quickly. The technicians were knowledgeable and respectful. Gage specially was amazing. Very thorough, responsible, knowledgeable and polite. They made sure to cover areas and even offered to clean up. 100% would recommend.Service: HVAC system repair

My Ac stopped cooling the house late last night my thermostat was reading 80 degrees. I called the after hours line and had to leave a voicemail. I was originally upset because I wasn’t sure if my voicemail would be handled in a timely manner. I planned to call first thing in the morning to speak to someone regarding my issue. I was pleasantly surprised when I woke up to a text message stating David Masters is schedule to arrive between 10-12 today. I also received text messages letting me know he was in route to my home. FL-Air Heating & Cooling all we can say is WOW! The scheduler and tech Mark provided us with the best customer service we have experienced in a while. So friendly and knowledgeable. They did their best to fit us in the timeframe we needed.9/25 Scheduled repair online... a part needed to be replaced, Troy was so quick and again amazing customer service!Highly recommend!!!Services: HVAC system repair
