    Sam is an amazing personal trainer. He’s tough, strict, and very thorough, but that’s exactly why he gets results. He really knows what he’s doing, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping people improve.

    Working with Sam has helped me lose weight, get stronger, and feel so much better about myself overall. He pushes me when I need it and keeps me accountable, even on the days I don’t feel motivated.

    Sam definitely pushes you to go harder while keeping workouts fun and motivating. He’s funny, personable, and has a great personality, which makes every session enjoyable. He provides an app that clearly lays out your workouts for the day, so you always know what to expect, along with a meal plan that targets the goals you want to reach. He’s very attentive and ensures proper form throughout each workout. I even recommended him to my sister, and she recently started training with him as well. 10/10 recommend!
