“WHEN I SAY 5 STARS I MEAN IT!!!!!!! I can't thank Good Shepherd Pet Hospital enough for everything they've done for my pets. I've had two emergencies, and both times they went above and beyond.
The first was with my dog, Kiya, who broke her leg. I was scared, overwhelmed, and honestly didn't know what to do or where to go. I contacted several places, but no one seemed to understand how urgent the situation was—except Good Shepherd Pet Hospital. They took her in immediately and started treating her without hesitation. After I explained what happened, they got right to work. Throughout the entire process, they kept me informed, included me in every decision, explained every option, and made sure I understood what was happening. That meant the world to me during such a stressful time.
Then, on July 10th, I had another emergency with my cat, Laylow. He had completely stopped eating and drinking, became severely dehydrated, and was so weak that I truly thought I was going to lose him. Once again, I rushed straight to Good Shepherd Pet Hospital. Unlike other places that wanted me to wait until the next day or even the following week—or charge an expensive emergency exam fee before even helping—they didn't hesitate. They treated Laylow as if he was the only patient in the hospital.
The veterinary technician I worked with was absolutely incredible. She took the time to go over multiple treatment plans with me, helping me choose the option that was not only best for Laylow's health but also realistic for my budget. She never made me feel judged or pressured. The veterinarian was just as amazing—patient, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to giving my cat the best possible care. You can tell this isn't just a job to them; they truly love and care about animals.
What impressed me even more was seeing how quickly Laylow responded to their care. After just one visit, I brought him home, and he had already started eating and drinking again. Seeing that change so quickly gave me so much hope and reassurance that he was finally on the road to recovery. I truly believe their prompt treatment made all the difference.
I also want to recognize the front desk staff because they deserve just as much praise. From the moment I walked in, they were kind, patient, understanding, and supportive. During such emotional situations, they helped keep me calm and treated me with genuine compassion.
Every experience I've had at Good Shepherd Pet Hospital has been outstanding. Every single person I've encountered—from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors—has treated both me and my pets with kindness, respect, and professionalism. It's rare to find a veterinary team that truly cares this much, and I'll never forget what they've done for Kiya and Laylow.

“This was my first time bringing my furry friend here for boarding and grooming while I was away for a few days. I had such a positive experience! The staff are all so nice and understanding and answered my 800 questions. I was so happy to see a doggy report card on the first day I dropped him off. I also liked being able to use the mobile app to see the camera feeds this helped ease my anxiety of my dog being away. Grooming wise, they did such an incredible job!!! Definitely will be bringing my puppers back here! The only thing I noticed was he had some diarrhea when I braught him home but may be due to change in food. Other than that, no issues!“
