We bring our 12 year old Jack Russell Snoopy, we love Dr. Brookes and the staff. We have been going for the past few years, and they always take us in even if there’s an emergency with Snoopy. They’re always so flexible, professional, and kind. I know when we visit, Snoopy is in good hands. Some vets don’t care about the animals, but Dr. Brooks is different! The team even text afterwards every appointment to make sure he is doing OK. Thanks for all you guys do for us and Snoopy. 💗
We have been here a few times for our pet rats. They have always been extremely professional and kind. When we had to euthanize one of our girls the staff could not have been more empathetic towards our situation, even sending us a card afterwards. I will miss them deeply when we move out-of-state ♥
I had a great experience at Citrus Park Animal, Bird & Exotics Hospital with my dog, Penelope. We brought her in for her vaccines and a heartworm test, and everyone was friendly, professional, and took great care of her from start to finish. The staff answered all of my questions, made the visit stress-free, and you can tell they truly care about the animals they treat. I really appreciated how efficient everything was without feeling rushed. We’ll definitely be coming back for Penelope’s future care. Highly recommend!
