Had a golden retriever, and we had a great experience. Brian went above and beyond for our Elena. We worked heavily on impulse control, and it has done wonders. Even though there's a set training regime, Brian also assisted with all sorts of behaviors that we were experiencing from our puppy. I highly recommend.
Brian is an extraordinary dog trainer. He is kind, gentle and patient with the dog he is training. My dog looked forward to seeing him each time he came. My dog, a Bernedoodle mini was awful to walk, always pulling. He also jumped on people all the time and would bolt out the door if you didn't watch him. Well now that Brian has worked with him, and me (I needed the training too), he's a wonderful little guy who walks well, stays away from the door when I open it, and doesn't jump on people.
