It’s very difficult to find a nail spa that doesn’t treat you like sheep and forces you to use a drill on your nails just so they can get you in and out as quickly as possible to make money!! This place will take their time and soak your nails to remove the gel if that’s what you prefer. My nails have broken and taken six months to a year to recover from using the drill no matter how lightly they apply the drill (even though I have naturally long, strong nails). Every time I walk into a nail spa and I tell them NOT to use the drill, they use it anyway. This is my forever go-to nail spa!!

The salon is fab! It is nicely decorated, very clean and chic, and even has these cute lockers with key bracelets to put your personals away while getting your hair done. We are new to West Melbourne and my husband was looking for a new barber. I called Masterkutx to schedule a same day beard trim, fade and haircut on a Sunday AM. The gentleman who answered the phone was friendly and on point. He asked my husband to come in the same afternoon. Jonathan took care of my husband almost immediately upon arrival. He gave my husband one of the best haircuts and beard trim he’s ever had and the services were reasonably priced. My husband’s hair is thick and not many barber’s have been able to style his beard in such a detailed, stylish way. This is now my husband’s go to barber.

I haven't been this happy with my nails (or any nail technician) in very long time! I called on a Saturday with no appointment and she called me back after one of her (awesome) clients said she was ok with pushing her appointment time. She made the hot mess nails (that I had done somewhere else over 2 weeks before) look fabulous! I was a walk-in for a mani/pedi and was immediately greeted and my service was started. The attention to detail was impressive and appreciated as the last few pedicures (at different locations) have been rushed and a little disappointing. I will definitely be returning. My hair is natural pitch black and with an orange ? base...which over the years has been a truly nightmare for hairdresser and myself .I left my hair with the natural color for almost a year because I couldn't find someone able to change the color without damaging. I saw Michelle work on Instagram and and hit the jackpot! She was able to remove my black base...remove and handle the orange ...and get me highlights without damaging my hair!

Greg Harris my tattoo artist for both tattoos has been great. The detail and quality of the artwork are amazing. I had one tattoo before coming to hallowed point and regret not going there for my first tattoo. Greg helped me make my tattoos unique from the source material I brought in. He also was very easy to work with. He provided me Tattoo Balm that he recommended and gave me a sample of it to try out. Very relaxed laid back atmosphere.

I called First Quality Plumbing and made an appointment to have new faucets installed in our bathroom. Darrell M came to the house on time and prepared to work. Darrell introduced himself and I explained what I needed done. Darrell explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Darrell was professional and polite. He went about his work explaining what he was doing and giving us tips and procedures to use to best maintain our pipes and faucets. We are very happy with the work and Darrell. This is the third time we have used First Quality Plumbing and every time the work was completed professionally. Couldn’t be happier.
Moving to Palm Bay we didnt know anything about these aerobic systems. Ended up in a 4 year contract with Pence (charged us for work they never did and a lot more) either way when contract was up we started looking for another company. So far we are super happy with the service we have received. Starting eoth the girls in the office to the guys in the field. Today Alan and Antwan showed up, rang my door bell , my logs lost their minds in the window so they walked down the drive way to give me a call. I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THAT! They dont know that I work from home on the phones, and my dogs barking ... frowned upon. Most pesky people stand there and let my dogs go crazy in the window. I walked out , the introduced themselves and got to work. When it came time to pay , I appreciated them letting me know checks are free but card payments cost and extra 3.5%. After our facility was struck by lightning on a Sunday, we contacted CEM for emergency electrical repairs. The owner arrived on-site by 7:00 AM Monday morning and immediately took action. He mobilized his crew, secured materials, and executed a major repair involving the removal of 2,640 feet of damaged 600MCM building wire, installation of new wire, and completion of all necessary hookups.
Once FPL completed their portion of the restoration, the owner returned to support our team in bringing the facility back online. He personally walked through the site to ensure all equipment was fully operational. His dedication, speed, and professionalism were instrumental in minimizing our downtime and getting us back in business.
Tech came out promptly and all the staff were very professional and personable. Job well done. What more could you ask for? I recommend this business and will use their services again. Thank you.

The gal was so lovely and had me call LG first to ensure that it wasn't under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn't, so she sent a tech out in under a couple of hours and he had it fixed in 15 minutes! I just got new designer carpet throughout my house only to get surprised with 2 miniature chihuahuas right after. As adorable as these dogs are they have the bladder control of a baby. Even though my new carpet has pet guard and cleans up easily I still couldn’t sleep because I could smell the lingering smell of ammonia so I emailed this company at 1:30 in the morning begging for help. They got back to me instantly and even though I wasted half a day getting back to them they still came out and treated and cleaned all my carpets after hours at no extra charge! Donald the General Manager was EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE AND BEYOND PLEASANT! I had a big 10ft white shag carpet that really needed treated and Donald had his crew move the furniture and roll up the carpet to take it to their offsite location with a centrifuge to get my carpet back to brand new looking. Renee and his helper who did all the cleaning were so pleasant as well, they did an excellent job! I had an area where the lighting was bad and some pee stains were missed and they came back out IMMEDIATELY and recleaned everywhere including my throw rugs and runners. My house smells SO MUCH BETTER, and the dogs are actually using the pee pads instead of the spots were they had peeing on the carpet and continuously going back to! I couldn’t be happier with the customer service which was above and beyond as well as with the in depth cleaning that Steamboat carpet cleaners provided me with! I even was left a licensed grade urine cleaner for future accidents and told I can have refilled for free anytime I run out! If I could rate them more than 5 stars I ABSOLUTELY WOULD! Thank you so much again Steamboat Cleaners for making sure to get my dog situation treated and resolved and for making after hour trips twice without any extra cost! Truly amazing service! I forgot to attach my photos but I thought my carpet was pretty much just in need of spot cleaning for the pee spots, however, I was amazed at how dirty they had gotten in the 6 months since we had them installed, because after they were cleaned by Steamboat Cleaners they looked brand spanking new and the difference was night and day! I will be calling them every 6 months if not sooner! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!

After he passed my siblings and I decided it best to move her down to Florida so I can take care of her. Fortunately she can still be in her own place and lives only two doors down. The only thing that was a must-have was a shower to “walk” into. We received 3 different estimates and chose this company. Not just because the price was right but because of Emmanuel’s genuine love of what he does and the compassion he displayed towards my elderly mother’s concerns. He met us at the store to pick out the tile, tub, shower head, glass doors etc...That in itself was a pleasant, stress free experience! No stress. Everything he said he was going to do he followed through, even with things he suggested that we didn’t even consider. We went from a 1974 bathroom to something you’d see in a resort (without the high price)! My husband and I consider him a friend. Today, July 30th during the horrendous heat, the Palm Bay Tree Service came out as they committed. They cut down three, 70’ tall dead pines. This work included: removal, stump grinding, and additional tree trimming (not initially discussed at no charge). The clean up was exceptional and truly a professional job. The team work was amazing, with the leadership of Damien and two other really nice gentleman! I would highly recommend this tree service!
Finally, a dentist office that operates with integrity! Ultimate Smile Design has truly impressed me. At my initial exam and x-rays appointment, I was told I needed a deep cleaning due to severe gum pocketing. Since I was only a few months postpartum, I knew my gums were still significantly inflamed.
I returned two months later for the deep cleaning and could tell that my hygienist, Traci, had been doing this for a long, long time. An absolute pro. She took one look and decided to take the time to completely redo the gum evaluation. She explained that the serious inflammation had resolved and that I didn’t need a deep cleaning after all. I was sooo incredibly relieved.
So not only did she save me from an unnecessary procedure, but she also prevented me from being incorrectly labeled with periodontal disease long-term. I truly appreciated her honesty, thoroughness, and willingness to reassess instead of moving forward unnecessarily. I wholeheartedly recommend this office!

I had an obsessed tooth that happened over the weekend and Monday morning this office was my third call and of the three the only one willing to see me. They were very quick to get me in, and take care of my problem. I ended up needing an extraction, a bridge removed and
and replaced. Dr. Quadri and his staff were very kind and efficient in listening to my history of dental problems and seeing that my needs were taken care of. Their office staff followed up the next morning by calling me to see how I did overnight and if there were any needs or concerns I had. They ask that I not hesitate to call them with any questions I may have until my follow up appointment to have stitches removed. I had very little pain afterwards and I'm planning to make this my long term dental care office. I am very happy with the Dr. the staff and the results of this procedure.

I went in for a surgical extraction. Dr. Mao and her assistant Patricia was awesome. As nervous as I was, they were very compassionate with me. Made me feel welcomed from the minute I walked in. I had a back injury a couple weeks before Christmas in 2023 and RHC was recommended to me by my dad. He had wonderful things to say about Dr Dan and the whole team so I decided to give it a shot. They scheduled me in immediately on the same day I called and even had me come 2x times a day the first couple days and then a couple times a week. They were breaking for the holiday but Dr Dan made himself available for a few of us patients who were in severe pain. My gift on Christmas morning was waking up to my first sign of improvement since I had my injury. As I continued working with Dr Dan, my pain never returned. Life got a little hectic and I just recently started back up with Dr Dan after a wrist injury. I’ve seen improvement after every appointment and I couldn’t be happier with my progress. I highly recommend Dr Dan and his team!

My favorite place for a deep tissue massage - and I’ve been to a lot of spas! I come here 1-2x a month, and they never disappoint. The facilities were also recently redone and the massage tables are incredibly comfy.
