Great experience with this company multiple times. They're more affordable and competitive compared to many other corporate plumbers in the area. E.g. Frank Gay charges $744 to unclog your toilet.
My experience with this company was excellent from the initial phone call to the completion of service. My septic tank was in dire need of pumping, I called Drain Mechanics and scheduled service for the next day which was great. A very nice customer service tech called me back the same day and asked if I would like to have my septic tank pumped that day... Same day service was amazing. The technicians who showed up to perform the actual service were polite and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience. The customer service was polite and friendly the price was absolutely reasonable and the techs were knowledgeable and capable.
After getting a quote from a big name company, I called Drain Mechanics for a second opinion. They came out twice and double checked everything to make sure they fully identified the issue and came back with an estimate half the price. When Brian and Dammion showed up to do the work on a blistering hot day, they came with smiles and got right to work.
