“Great customer service and reasonable pricing was my experience.My refrigerator stopped cooling, and the freezer wasn't functioning properly. I called Appliance Wizard at 8am and Dan responded within a couple of hours.He replaced the defrost thermostat, which was causing a lot of ice & frost buildup in the freezer, and his rates were less than I expected.Later in the day I noticed the refrigerator still wasn't cooling. Dan returned the next day and, it turns out, part of the issue was caused by a repair I previously made myself! Dan corrected my mistake and my fridge runs good as new!Aside from learning to 'stay in my lane' and avoid repairing my own appliances, I added Appliance Wizard to my contacts.Highly recommend“
