“Excellent value for a nice looking roof! From start to finish it was obvious that BD Roofs was very careful to make sure that the job was done right the first time. They managed this despite turbulent weather (early Sept '23) being constantly interrupted by rain/wind, etc. They were very careful to "weatherproof" the roof each day before they left as well as doing a thorough job of cleaning up any loose debris. I had a wildlife inspection company come afterward to "proof" the roof against critters and they commented that not only was a very good job done by BD Roofs but there was very little that they had to do for the "sealing" against critter invasion. Also, when the county inspector did the final inspection the individual commented that they had done a very good job as well. I've already been recommending BD Roofs to my neighbors that have looked at the job and, should I ever need any work in the future, I will definitely use them again.“

The soffits looked better than before they started. The team was all respectful and professional. They did everything that was promised, quicker and better than promised. “If I could give this review ten stars, I would! We were dealing with a competitor for a total tile roof replacement after the hurricane. The competitor was IMPOSSIBLE to work with and wanted to charge 30% more for the job. Once we got lined up with Bentley, they immediately assigned Jamil Hussami to oversee the project. He took care of us like we were family. He kept us up-to-date on materials and construction at all times. If there was ever a question, he was just a phone call away. His team of roofers worked incredibly hard and got the job done so quickly it didn't seem possible. Jamil was solicitous of my elderly parents going in and out of the house, always on alert for their safety. All-in-all, I can't imagine a more professional team! “Nothing but pleased with the quality and appearance of the new metal roof.. The crew showed up on time every morning and got right to work nonstop. I even bought the guys pizza on the last day of work to thank them. They were very considerate and cleaned up their mess daily. I cannot ask for a better job and hope this new roof outlives me.. Their office staff was very helpful explaining when the crew will be starting and the estimate was fairly close with the exception of 5 sheets of plywood needing to be replaced at my cost due to unseen water damage which is understandable.“

Mr Smith gave us a comprehensive contract that included high quality Atlas shingles, a 10 year warranty for workmanship and all the new code requirements. “After hail damage we needed a new roof. My insurance company was giving me a hard time so Jason agreed to speak with them, they also gave him a hard time and tried to get him to install a shingle that was less quality than the original roof that was 12 years old. Jason refused to do that and stood by me while I fought with the insurance company. Eventually we won, insurance paid to replace the roof with quality shingles. Williams Roofing did an exceptional job from start to finish. The guys were respectful, they kept my property clean, they worked hard all day and in 4 days the old was gone and the new was completed. It looks amazing!!!! I can not speak highly enough about this company!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!“

“EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!! Richard was friendly and professional. He gave us a starting date and showed up promptly first thing in the morning. The crew was hard working and thorough in their work. They showed us pictures of their work and repairs that were done, and the job was completed in two days. He used quality materials, and he adjusted his price down accordingly after the job was completed instead of just charging us the original price on the bid. Richard reviewed all of the warranty information with us and paid for our wind mitigation inspection. I highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.“
