He uses technology (hi concentration on auto-responses in both text & email) to give near real-time feedback, updates and answers to questions.Simple Washing showed up on time, ready to roll and did a great job! The price was very fair, based on other estimates, and he offers veteran discounts - which was really nice.Although not part of the original estimate, Ronald also did my sidewalks without charge - in order to keep a nice flow of brilliant clean with the driveway -- looks fantastic.Overall, Ronald runs a a very customer-focused business, is a strait shooter but still professional and courteous.I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome of our driveway, especially after the seal was laid down.
