“I have had to use Ammen funeral twice for cremation services. The first in 2021. It was a good experience we got done with business and we had a few laughs along the way to ease the passing of our loved one. The second time was this year 2026 it was very business like and professional which I supposed is good keep it professional. The problem was that we ordered the urn at the beginning of the month the 1st and did not receive the urn and my father until the 25th. 2 days before the service. I did not get a call that there was a delay I had to call the office and the person I spoke to could not give me a reason for the delay. I was very stressed and wasn’t sure if we would get our loved one in time for the service. Luckily we did, but I would have liked to be notified before hand instead of stressing out.“

“Jessica was kind, compassionate and caring. She was cognizant that my mother has dementia and may not be able to view my dad after his passing. She went above and beyond before, during and after even having a few extras for the family and guests during the viewing and service. Her trainee Barbara did a wonderful job the day of the funeral and will be ready to step out on her own anytime in the near future. I would recommend Jessica to care for your loved one in the event of their passing.“
