I called this morning to see if there were any upcoming appointments to have someone come look at my dryer that had stopped producing heat. The gal was so lovely and had me call LG first to ensure that it wasn't under warranty. Unfortunately it wasn't, so she sent a tech out in under a couple of hours and he had it fixed in 15 minutes! And such a reasonable cost! I will surely recommend Appliance Wizard to anyone in need! Thank you for providing OVER THE TOP customer service!
Had a minor microwave repair.Dan was fantastic,knowledgeable and very fair on his service call price.Would highly recommend if you want someone honest!Dina in the office is great too.Very personable and had Dan out to my house in less than 24 hours.This company is a 10/10!!
