Great customer service and reasonable pricing was my experience.My refrigerator stopped cooling, and the freezer wasn't functioning properly. I called Appliance Wizard at 8am and Dan responded within a couple of hours.He replaced the defrost thermostat, which was causing a lot of ice & frost buildup in the freezer, and his rates were less than I expected.Later in the day I noticed the refrigerator still wasn't cooling. Dan returned the next day and, it turns out, part of the issue was caused by a repair I previously made myself! This morning at 6 am I made a cup of coffee and when I put the milk into it, it looked like cottage cheese. I knew right then and there my refrigerator needed repair. My management agency sent this wonderful company over. Within 20 minutes of them calling me, a technician was here! He explained what was wrong and fixed it in no time! I would totally recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repair

Stove not heating. We called and only had to wait 2 days for an appointment. Colby was our service technician. He explained what he was going to do and what to do to make the new heating unit last longer * do not put foil in the bottom of your oven * who knew?
