Drain Mechanics came out to my house and Chris M. was amazing! He went above and beyond to figure out what our issue was and finally made it so we had both toilets working! This is after dealing with an issue for months and having several other guys out. Thank you so much, Chris! I’m sorry it took so long for this ongoing issue and you ended the job with a flash light but my family is so grateful for you! A+++
*Communication* they need communication btw themselves ,they call me one week saying that they will be starting ,following week nothing and two weeks later nothing I called they say they will call back they never didupdate:The PM in change of our project call us he was really informative, he says that we where supposed to have his phone number for updates (they never give it to us ) so an advice if you have a big project with them with multiple stages make sure that you have the PM phone number bc in the office they don’t know what is going on with those projects and they never call you back with updates.
Highly recommend this company for septic pumping. Pricing was reasonable for an emergency. Both the receptionist and the 2 drivers were very professional and polite. This is how a company should be, they answered all my questions while still doing the job with no attitudes. At the end they left the yard clean and filled back in the hole needed to access the cover for the septic tank. This was an emergency call on a Friday night but could not get here till Saturday because of other emergencies that night, which is understandable. The time frame was 7am to 12pm Saturday and they showed up within that time. Will definitely use them again.Service: Sewer cleaning
