The three nicest and professional gentleman came to haul away and install a dishwasher purchase from Costco. The professionalism started a week before calling to confirm the date and address, then 3 days before also to confirm date and time. The installation day morning they called stating they would be there at the estimated time and then 20 minutes before to let us know they were on the way. The install happened the day after delivery, so the dishwasher was in the garage. They were very methodical about unboxing the new one and uninstalling the old one. Mike and his team were extremely efficient, responsive, and competent. He called well before to let us know what to expect, and narrowed the time window considerably. Then they called the day of installation, to let us know the exact time they would arrive. Extremely quick, and well versed in the product they installed. Came to install a microwave, incredibly efficient, and they kept in contact the entire time. After costco had to push the delivery back, they were understanding and gave a new installation date with no problem.The microwave looks great, no problems at all.
