3 men: AJ, Nelson, & Whitley (?) spent from 830-730 pm cutting trees on my lot. Another guy hauled off all the debris. All trees 35+ years old and about 40 feet tall —> 2 oaks, 4 traveler palms, numerous Queen palms. They painstakingly “hand-sawed” my enormous traveler palms using a pole saw. Amazing!!
They were courteous, respectful, and the cleanup was excellent. The final pile of debris, picked up at 745 the next morning, was followed by an excellent raking & blowoff job. I have hired other teams in the past. This team did the best job on my front & back yard trees overall.

Edited: after leaving this review we were contacted immediately by the owner who made quick efforts to send people out and fix everything. Apparently he had not known about the situation for a number of weeks so it seems there was a big miscommunication by management. I appreciate that he rectified the situation and went out of his way to do more.
We have given them over 2 months to make things right and they have given both us and our neighbors the run around. They left massive mulch piles where the trees were cut down, one even filled with some sort of plastic debris.
