“Such a lovely gym! My brother and I visited for a day pass and it was very easy to purchase, very nice people. The gym is clean and a good environment to work out in! Has cybex equipment and a variety of cardio machines, plus lots of free weights. We would definitely come back if we are in the area.”
“Wanted review again years later! Still the best f45 I’ve been to!!
Best fitness studio I’ve ever encountered. Love the group atmosphere that keeps you motivated.
Ps -Celeste is the best trainer. You’d be lucky to attend one of her classes.”
“Wow! Magic hands! I felt like Juan got so much tension out of my neck and shoulder in just a 5 minute session, thank you so much!”
