I went to this F45 for their Halfrox! It was one of the most fun fitness challenges I've ever done. I was blown away how well done and professionally set up. There were coaches everywhere and it was well organized. Highly highly recommend as a facility to train for Hyrox.
I have never liked group- or class-style gyms. Until now. I cannot say enough good things about F45 Largo. They treat you like family, they work around any issues you have and don't make a big deal about it or make you feel like you're an imposition. I haven't felt anything but encouragement, even when I'm standing there trying to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing. I never thought I’d give up going to a regular gym, but I am hooked! I’m challenged. I’m staying!
