Had my orientation meeting with trainer, Wayne today. I was so impressed with his expertise and knowledge and appreciated how much time he took explaining everything. I am 73 years old and have had many back health issues, but he inspired me to give it a go!!
I love this location, I've been coming here 5 days a week since December! is perfectly spaced out so no one is on top of each other even on busy days! Every single staff member from morning shift to over night shift are amazing, shout out to Collin for always being so kind and helpful!! I appreciate how clean the gym is always! I just wish the hours were 24hours so I didn't have to go to the st pete location on certain days. But thats definitely not a complaint! Lol love y'all!
