The Exercise Coach Seminole

WOW what a great experience going to the Exercise Coach in Seminole. I wasn't sure how this could actually work, but I am and so is my body extremely happy. This 20 minute work out goes by so quickly your not even sure you have worked out. I have so much more energy and flexability It makes me feel much younger than what I am Everyone should give it a try, it sure changed my thoughts on exercise Working with the staff there makes it fun and challenging

I had no idea how or what to do with strength training but had been told I needed it. Plus no time in my busy schedule . The one on one training, for me is a must at least until I feel more comfortable knowing what I am doing. The machines they use are fantastic. They adjust to your progress. My clothes are already fitting better and it’s only been a month. With the increasing muscle, it will help with my metabolism and burn even more fat. The staff are all wonderful and really care. 20 mins 2x a week, yeah I can do that.

Really enjoyed meeting the owner of this business, she was very informative with current health care, and fitness ideas. I had an appt to try the gym. Unfortunately for me, after years in the Air Force and using public gyms, this type of training was not for me. I do believe this type of training will work for alot of people. I am a creature of habit and need to use a gym with equipment that i know. 5-4, 139 lbs, age 62. Best to this team your doing a great service.
