Nick is a great listener and understood all my Mitsubishi mini split outside units recent behavioral issues. As a professional he had all the proper equipment to locate the FREON LEAK in my unit and is in the process of ordering a NEW COIL rather than attempting to repair the leaking coil.
Probably a smart decision as he's the professional and the DIYer in me would have attempted to repairing the copper coil by removing part of the venting around the problem area.
