“I’m a long term customer of Stephen K Denny. Recently my AC system stopped working on a Sunday (naturally) I call SKD and within hours they sent Glen out. Glen diagnosed the issue and due to system age and cost to repair he recommended replacing the system. Monday Justin who was very knowledgeable provided me with their proposal and recommendations. By end of day Tuesday my house was cool and comfortable again. I did have a drain line issue with my installation but after speaking with Missy who was super helpful Glen was back and immediately fixed the problem. My over ten years of experience with Stephen K Denny is their technicians and installers do an excellent job and I have received service within hours and not days. I also have to praise all of the representatives who answer the phone when you call the office. They could not be more responsive, patient and helpful.“

“Garfield came out on a Sunday to replace a circuit breaker for our A/C. Once he completed replacing the breaker, it still tripped, so he did a diagnostic review and found a blown fuse in an outdated disconnect that uses fuel. He went ahead and replaced the outdated part, but the breaker continued to trip once the A/C was powered. He spent a few hours checking everything out until it could be determined that the A/C condenser itself also had a problem. We admire his dedication & patience in trying to find the problem. HVAC tech had to come out!“
