After getting several quotes to replace a mini split AC system I decided to go with Alford AC. Everyone I have dealt with (Chris, Nick, Greg, Ian, Trey and Pam) have been great ! Once the system was ordered they updated me with the status of the parts and they scheduled the installation at a convenient time. The team that came to do the install were very neat, knowledgeable and professional. A week after the installation they called to schedule a QC (quality control) check of the system to ensure everything is working properly. We’ve been with Alford Air for the 3 years we’ve been snow-birding from CT. We own a condo in Jupiter. Shortly after moving into our condo we hired Alford Air (on the recommendation of a friend) to replace our old broken AC system. They did an outstanding job and we have happily been with them ever since. Great company…great technicians (all of them)…great response time. Alford Air = Highly recommended !!! 12/1/23 Alford Air new A/C system (air handler and condenser units) installation effort. The two technicians that performed the work were excellent. They were very meticulous with the installation and where required, went above and beyond with their effort to ensure the units were installed properly. Having used Alford for routine A/C maintenance and A/C unit installation work, the company performs very well and I have never had any issues or concerns with the project and work. This is a recommended company for A/C maintenance, repair, and installation.
